This ready-to-use paste removes the complexity of biryani prep while preserving the classic dum-style experience—ideal for chicken, mutton or vegetables. Use 100 g paste with 500 g basmati rice and 1 kg protein: cook protein with paste + curd + herbs, parboil rice 3 minutes, layer, seal and dum for 20 minutes, then rest 15 minutes. Net Qty: 100 g.
