# RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through Shopveera may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

 

By placing an order on Shopveera, you agree to this Policy.

## 1. Eligible Products for Return

 

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

If the same product is unavailable, Shopveera may offer a refund or another suitable resolution.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Estimated refund timelines:

 

• UPI: 2–5 Business Days

 

• Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 Business Days

 

• Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days

 

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank Transfer within 5–7 Business Days after verification.

Where available, Shopveera or its logistics partners will arrange a pickup from the customer's address.

 

If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by Shopveera.
